NETJETS SPONSORS SNOW POLO WORLD CUP IN ST. MORITZ
The NetJets Europe team spent the last weekend of January at the most prestigious Snow Polo tournament in St. Moritz.
Polo has been played for more than 2,600 years and originated in ancient Persia. The world premiere of a Snow Polo tournament was in 1985 over the frozen lake of St. Moritz and just over 30 years later is a worldwide trend played across the globe.
NetJets Owners can go from the runway to the Snow Polo in as little as 10 minutes as it is just a short drive from Samedan private airport. This is one of the most challenging airports in the world due to typography and altitude. However, NetJets are able to land here with thanks to our exceptional pilots and cutting edge technology.
The NetJets team hosted guests in the VIP area over the three days and were able to watch Rommy Gianni's Team Cartier win the trophy after a fierce three days on the ice.
