NetJets Europe introduces industry-leading crew package

5 December 2006

05 December 2006 – NetJets Europe today announced a greatly enhanced employment package for its pilots and flight attendants.  Among the highlights of the package are salary increases of between 5% and 35% for all crew members, 9 fewer duty days and permanent contracts.  The new Work/Life Crew Package is designed to recognise the contribution of NetJets Europe's employees and to position the company to continue to attract and retain the best pilots and flight attendants in the industry as the company carries on its rapid expansion.

Mark Booth Chairman and CEO said: "Over the past five years we have grown from a small private jet company into one of the largest and fastest growing aviation companies in the world.  It is thanks to the hard work of every person in this company that we have climbed this mountain.  These new changes will make NetJets Europe a great place to build a career and positions the company for an exciting future."

Details of the package are as follows:

REMUNERATION

Effective January 1, 2007 salaries are increasing for all crew members, equalising across fleets and across all 36 NetJets Europe gateways.  Captains will receive a 10-27% raise while working 9 less days than previously.  Additionally, Captains, First Officers and Flight Attendants will have the opportunity to earn additional income in 2007 by volunteering to work an incremental 6 days during NetJets Europe's busy season.  Additional duty days at increased rates of pay may also be available.
