Guidance: We have hired the world’s top environmental consultants to make sure we
are asking the right questions and taking the right steps.
Technology: We are sponsoring research at Princeton University’s aerospace laboratory to develop ultra-low emission jet fuels.
Operations: We are working on many fronts to tackle energy consumption–from making modifications to aircraft and flying procedures to cutting emissions at all our offices.
Offsets: Our business will be 100% carbon neutral by 2012. We are buying a diversified portfolio of robust, well-monitored Verified Emissions Reductions (VERs) from Kyoto-level offset projects.
Review: We are working with independent European environmental experts whose job is to keep our feet to the fire.
